The farm used to be the home of Edward Carter who traveled to the United States in the 18th century to find some gold.

That’s when Edwin Carter decided to take up a new hobby which was taxidermy.

He collected more than 3000 animal specimens which he stuffed and displayed in his house.

Thankfully, his house and creations survived the passing of a few centuries.

The house is now used to display some of his creations.

However, the rest of his animals are currently being displayed at Denver’s Museum of Nature and Science.

Visiting the Edwin Carter Discovery Center is an experience that you can’t afford to miss out on.

The street was used eons ago by miners and it hasn’t changed much ever since. So, what makes this street so special?

Well, at the moment, Main Street has more than 200 shops for you to browse through. So be sure to clear up your schedule for the day.

There will be a lot of shopping and browsing to do.

You can buy anything from handmade items and souvenirs to food and clothes on Main Street.

There are also a few rental shops where you can rent snowboards and skiing equipment if you don’t have any already.

You do need to be fit to some extent if you want to go fat biking.

Snow is much different to cycle on that concrete.

You will have to work those leg muscles and give the pedals an extra push to get through the snow.

Don’t get disheartened too quickly. Fat biking can be a lot more fun than normal cycling.

You also aren’t likely to break a sweat so quickly since you’ll be cycling in cold weather as opposed to hot weather.
