Sweet ‘n Brew Café is a bright, spacious European-style Café with a small outdoor space with colorful umbrellas. It is a popular community spot for a morning coffee or to bring kids in the afternoon for their rich gelato.
They serve a range of top-quality coffee drinks, hot and cold. You have to try their Greek Frappe.
Fresh pastries and cakes are delicious and so tempting. They have a large range of gluten-free products and even have a separate fridge for them.

One of the three Brewpoint Cafés in Illinois, this vast but lovely spot located in a historic corner building is a true community gathering spot. It has quirky décor with a lot of recycled wood, crystal chandeliers overhead, cozy sofas for long, leisurely enjoyment of one of their great coffees or pastries.
This is also their roasting location and the community event spot.

Pete’s tea comes from Serene Teas in Wheaton. The large selection of pastries is baked by the local culinary graduates. They offer sandwiches, quiches, muffins and pastries.
The customers talk about their coffee with coconut and the hot chocolate kids adore. There is much more!

Next Stop Coffee Shop is a little gem of a café located inside Glen Ellyn Union Pacific West Station. A tiny shop offers excellent coffee produced by the Metropolis Coffee, a famous Fair Wage roaster from Chicago.
The Next Stop’s motto is “We can serve a cup of coffee faster than you can board a train’, pretty important for folks waiting for their commuter trains.
You can get coffee, chai, latte, tea and, most importantly, ice coffee float. If you do not know what it is, you have to try it.

Ethnic shops are rare in Addison. In my search for the best coffee in and around Addison, I found this gem.
If you have never tried Ethiopian coffee, this unassuming restaurant in Carol Stream is your chance. Made from some of the best coffee beans in the world, Ethiopian coffee is rich and fragrant and it is served hot and black. Try it, there is nothing like it.
While you are at it, get introduced to Ethiopian food, which Ethio Beans serves the original way, with original, imported spices, made in front of you. It is eaten by fingers with the native bread, so dig in. It is fabulous.
There is also a small grocery store attached if you want to stock up with coffee beans or Ethiopian spices.
