Mirabelle is an upmarket luxury restaurant and considered one of the best restaurants in Beaver Creek. Master Chef Daniel Joly acquired the restaurant in 1992. And it has since gone from strength to strength.
He is the only Belgian Master Chef currently in the United States. The menu itself features a small selection of dishes that are made to order.
You can choose to construct your own dinner or select the pre-fixed menu. This menu features some of Chef Daniel’s personal favorites and interesting combinations.
However, expect to see luxurious delicacies on the menu including foie gras, elk, lobster, and yellowfin tuna. I particularly enjoyed the extensive wine list because it included wine recommendations for specific dishes.

The Grouse Mountain Grill prides itself on farm-to-table dining. So, on the menu, you will see familiar favorites together with some high-end dishes. I highly recommend the pretzel-crusted pork chops, pan-seared Alaskan halibut, and the warm apple bread pudding with salted caramel ice cream.

This is one of the best restaurants in Beaver Creek and ideal if you’re looking for something different. Additionally, this is one of the only Beaver Creek restaurants to offer a wide variety of game meats on their menu.
This is because the restaurant was started with the concept of a game-centric approach to comfort mountain cuisine.
I would recommend the elk carpaccio and the bison flatiron steak frites if you enjoy venison. The menu is fresh and exciting and they cater for both lunch and dinner.
They even have a children’s menu! The Golden Eagle Inn also has a wide selection of wine, beer, and cocktails to complement your meal.

As you may have guessed from the name, Hooked specializes in seafood. But they also have an outdoor Tiki Bar and this is a fun way to spend an afternoon. The Tiki Bar has a Polynesian style and serves island-style cocktails along with world-class caviar.
Just because their menu focuses on seafood, that doesn’t mean that that is all they do. The lunch menu includes Po Boys, sandwiches, and poke bowls.
The dinner menu features wonderful large and small plates depending on your appetite and what you feel like. I highly recommend their sushi. But the large plates are exceptional, therefore, I suggest either the fish tacos or the king crab legs.
